Walter Kranitz has been active in the local realty market since 1998 when he came to Bedford from Newark, Delaware.  A graduate (BS, Business Management) of Fairleigh Dickinson University (NJ), he has logged over thirty years of real estate marketing and sales experience back East and here in Indiana. His primary mission is to provide quality valuation and marketing assistance to lenders and investors, both local and nationwide, to service and market their Lawrence and Monroe County properties.
